Is your weak, going it's going great for having a good week so far? How about you gladhey? You know really well we're having great weather here, love in life andjust connecting with people. We put a pool in this year, so that's awesomeand having lots of people come over and...

...swim and can't complain men grown or early abovegirl. I did above ground because of our yard and different. The in cost, youknow inflation him. If you didn't hear the last podcast on inflation, go backinflation cost of living really played into that pool decision, but now we didat above ground and it's really sweet. I've got you know young girls at homeand their friends and everything are coming over in church community. Soit's just fun to and take a break from work and go lunch, lunch break andbiggest swim and come back. It's pretty refreshing because I've learned fromyou John to build a life, not just a portfolio so yeah I like it, that's allright, so we're living life and investing and doing some fun thingsstill part of that is when we got ready tobuild the pool and think through it. Everything make sure everything wasclear, make sure we had our finances in order and making sure our mindset wasin the right place and even as we have it, making sure ourmind sets right with a pool to go. Now: It's not just ours, it's the Lords andwe want people to use it. Having that kind of a mindset. I know you talkabout mindset and having a clear mindset as it deals with finances andfinancial planning and working with...

...their clients talk to us a little bit. What about what you mean with having a clear mind set you know in this is kind of an acronymthat I heard a long time ago. I wish Iremembered where I had heard it, because now I use it all the time, probably not giving the proper credit to whoever came up with it first, butis called the clear mindset, and the idea is that the sea is number one getclarety clarity already on, where you are now, where you're going, because you can'thit something. If you don't know where it is, you can't see it and also getclarity around what it's going to take in the planning process, which is allabout building that life right. What is going to take which turns to take youknow what Inter state, do in which direction get clarity on your path oryour plan or your map, road map, to...

...where you are going, get clarity. Sothat's the sea in clear, okay and the L is understanding the length so understand that, once you get theclarity on all those things, how long is it going to take? What is your? Wecall it a lot of times the investment for Ris? Okay, at what point will you take those rights right turns thoseleft turns to get to your destination and then how far away is it and whathappens that and is it right for you, your life, not somebody else's life orwhat somebody else thinks is cool and fun. But yours good point and then thee is the engineering you have to build. That plan verycarefully. When you engineer a...

...building, if you engineer corvet, theyjust came out by the way, just this past year, with the mid engine corvette, you don't have a car, Oh yeah, the mid engine corvette beautifulcreature, right yeah. This is something don't go out and buy. If you don't havethe money, but the way you know I don't have a, but I'm hoping that you know maybe I'llget a used, one yeah down and price a little bit. They cross like over ahundred grand, I think, but those are the ones I've seen they look likeferaris coming down the road I'm like who that is a sharp for the lot cheaperthan a verie okay. So if you can call a corvetto value, it's yeah, Yeah Yeah, O my strano cause, ifthey're only sixty sen dollar a corning to Google. Oh, is that yeah? Okay, nowthat's probably the strip down model with a with no start with it is yeah itdoes it come with wheels, yeal yeah they look. They do look really cool, seen a few on the highways and then...

...they do look really cool. But what are tournevent designed for what are they engineered for Sport ManFast Fast Scoring? What's a camera you designed for yeah not that gas mileage gas mileage practicalitygets you where you're going to call it the grocery getter? I have a camera so anyway that yeah, but it's all about theengineering. So the she's, a clarity ellsling t e- is the engineering that'sright for you not for somebody else, but for you some people want to getthere fast, but they're going to take extra ritor for that car and they'regoing to stand a bigger chance, I'm going to say potentially having a wreckand accident in which pase it's all gone. That was a big, expensive, crumpled thing there right...

...or you want to design it to just getyou there where you want to go and you're fine and it's maybe a little bitmore comfortable, doesn't get you there quite as fast. That's the idea of engineering at thatis so then the a is understand that there will be adversity as you go along. That's why we always tell people when you're building that plan to build yourlife, you plan for detours. The tours happen on most long trips, that I'vetaken there's been at least one little detour or one place where there's a bigtraffic jam or something held you up, and you got to be okay with that Yehand I did actually build an engineer. Some of those delays or be tours in theairplane understand if they're going to happenand then are very important. Part of this isthis is your responsibility and you must take it if you expect to besuccessful...

...with building your life and building the portfolio. That is a toolthat actually builds your life. I love it. Man, that's great that 'll,as we used to, as I say all is in that'll preach. That's good, but that'sreally good. It helps you understand. Having a clear mindset is about clarity. What is it that you want, and you have a great way when you work with clients,to ask them a bunch of questions to figure out what they really want and walking through this clear mindsetprobably helps helps people resent her to go okay. Is this a good decision ornot right now, based on our plan, and you can walk through this prettyquickly with John I, like it, that's good. I, like I like acronyms, andthings like that. I think they help us learn O help. You learn they help. Youremember things and, as I'm walking through this one in particular, Ialways stop. I forgot to mention that I...

...always stopped on the clarity when it'sbeen a lot of time on that and- and sometimes I will get somebody that sayswell, I'm not sure about this because someone so sad or so and so did and way back when this happened, and Ialways try and explain to them. Don't let a blind person, yeah personthat doesn't know you proof, freed your ve O. that's good. I've never heard thatbefore. I always like that, because you know your mother, your father, yourbrother, your sister, your best friend, doesn't really know your vision, no know what you clearly want in your in your in your building, your life.Maybe they like the Ichou like the mountains to yours, don't let a blind personproof free to your vision and that's...

...something that we try and there is nojudge. We don't we care, but we don't reallycare what you want, but we will help you get there. I like it. I love that quote. Never leta blind person proof read your vision, that's a pivotal quote: I love it. Weshould we. I still think we should do quote. quotable quotes podcast and youcan. You could add that one to it right, because it's really good, but beyond that we're going back. You knowwe're talking about a clear mindset and we talked to people a couple ofepisodes. A Go, John about the noise factor. That's out there right now andall the noise it's out there, it's hard to have a clear mindset when you'relistening to all the noise you all this on, and we talked about filters thatreduce Nosou, great filter. That else reduce noise to help your clients havea clear mind, set about building a life not just to portfolio and it's fun asyou as we listen to these. We talk you're listening to the podcast series. They all really tie together, they're...

...very somatic, even though we don't planit. That way, I really know, but they they all weave back and forthand they touch on things and that just comes from your vast experience indoing this, you know, I think you know it's cool, because you got so muchknowledge in your Noggin and it's fun just to get it out and if we do that ina way that is really sporadic, but it's fun to see how this tied into the lasttwo or three episodes we've talked about an even way back when on someother ones. That we've touched on an that's. Why it's important for peopleto listen to your podcast and just go back and read: Listen to it! Yeah. I think. If, if there's one, you know my one word,we've talked about that before. To My one word is consistency insistency andhopefully, if I'm nothing else, I'm consistent with what I'm with what I amtelling people and what I try and how I try and help people want to beconsistent and hopefully that's a reflection of that yeah. It probably isbecause you keep coming back over and...

...over to the same types of things. It'sabout building a relationship with your clients, helping them have a clearmindset to know where, where they are, where they want to go, how do we helpyou get there and helping them build a life, not just a portfolio, and part ofthat is having a clear mindset. I love it that'll work. I hope people go backand re, listen to this now and then go back a few other episodes, becausewe've talked about some really cool things, with inflation and Colinhearing through the noise and filters and he's just got a lot in your noggin. We need to get it out so that that's pot part of what we do here. I'm justold. I think, as I experience the experience, L Mol, that's right, yeah!Well, I'LL! Take it because you don't act also what a deal all right! My friend, we will rab it upfor this one having a clear mind, set hope you continue that this week andwe'll talk to you next week, all right, we'll see o there.
